Jarrett Moncibaez is currently an Undergraduate student at Arizona State University. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the W.P. Carey School of Business, and a Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre at the Herberger Institute of Design and Arts. Jarrett is also proud to be an Honors student at ASU’s Barrett the Honors College.
In his extracurricular activities, Jarrett serves as the secretary/treasurer for the Student Leadership Team at the School of Music. He acts as a guide and mentor for incoming students along with his fellow officers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. He also assists professors and advisors within the organization to plan events, fundraise, facilitate team building, and connect communities within the area.
Jarrett is honored and privileged to have been the recipient of multiple scholarships at ASU one of which being the Provost’s scholarship, and most recently a Special Talent Award scholarship for fulfilling graduate degree requirements while still in his undergrad. He has also made the Dean’s list six consecutive semesters for his academic excellence in both his schools.
Apart from his school career, Jarrett holds a position at ASU Gammage as an Assistant House Manager where he strives to ensure the best experience possible while maintaining patron safety. Not only does this position embody both of his majors, but it also provides knowledge and experience for his future endeavors as Jarrett aspires to become an Executive Director. When Jarrett isn’t studying or working, you can find him in the kitchen cooking up a storm, playing with his two dogs Simba & Diego, or spending time with his loving family.
